Bloom is led by four passionate people who volunteer their time and skills as Directors. Bloom's Directors bring an enormous wealth of experience and diverse expertise in mental health, the arts, community engagement, and education, which informs and supports our work.

Associate Creative
Bloom Associate Creatives are skilled creative practitioners who bring expertise in various art forms—such as drama, music, visual arts, and movement—to inspire expression, connection, and creative wellbeing.
Associate Therapist
Bloom Associate Therapists are registered Arts Psychotherapists (Dramatherapists, Art Therapists and Music Therapists). They are specialists in using creativity & the arts therapeutically. This service is coming soon!
Creative Wellbeing Practitioner
Bloom Creative Wellbeing Practitioners are skilled in facilitating creative-expressive groups and projects that support wellbeing. Using their knowledge of the power of creativity, they create inspiring spaces for blooming!
Associate Administrator
Bloom Associate Administrators provide administrative support on a project-by-project basis, including scheduling, logistics, document management, and general coordination to ensure smooth operation.
Associate Creative Tutor
Bloom Associate Creative Tutors are skilled and experienced teachers of the arts. They provide instrumental music lessons, as well as creative classes across various art forms, for individual and small groups.
Bloom Volunteer
Bloom Volunteers are at the heart of Bloom. They play an enormous part in making Bloom work! Volunteering with Bloom is a rewarding way to share your skills, meet new people, and make a real difference! Find out more here!

Securing sponsorships and donations while building relationships to strengthen our capacity

Creating sustainable revenue streams beyond grants and fundraising through commercial strategy and partnerships
